             1 . Ordering of Your OCLB9s)/BC(s) is done online or at the County/State Registrar

            2. Authentication by the STATE OF is on the website of the Secretary of State 

                  (a) for the STATE OF {the ISSUANCE}.

            3. Authentication by the STATE OF is on the website of the Secretary of State 

                  (a) for the United States of America.

           4. Affidavits of the Entitlement are found in the Living Soul Pack - Level #3 - Lessons #4 & #5.
